Pornstar Sunny Leone to enter Bigg Boss 5

If it was Pamela Anderson who raised the mercury levels in reality show "Bigg Boss 4", this season Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone is set to add fuel to the controversial show by making an entry Saturday.

"Sunny is coming down especially for the show and will enter (Bigg Boss's house) on November 20," a source from the channel Colors confirmed to us.

The 30-year-old, whose real name is Karen Malhotra, will land in Mumbai Thursday night.

Born to a Punjabi family in Ontario, Leone has appeared in various reality shows in the US, and was named among the world's top 12 porn stars by fashion magazine Maxim in 2010.

Leone was also approached by acclaimed Bollywood director Mohit Suri for his film "Kalyug", a film about the growing pornography industry. However, the role was ultimately essayed by model Deepal Shaw.

For the ongoing, fifth season of "Bigg Boss", there was buzz that international pop star Shakira or boxer Mike Tyson might join the show. But with news of Leone's entry, the speculations seem to have been put to rest.

Whether the adult star will be a long-term participant or a guest is still not sure.

"We can't confirm whether she will stay for long or just for two-three days. All we can say is she is coming to participate in 'Bigg Boss'," the source added.

When Pamela came to the show last year, it made for a jaw dropping moment for many. But it will be interesting to see how the mixed gag bag of the aggressive and argumentative celebs like Akashdeep Saigal, Amar Upadhyay, Siddharth Bharadwaj, Pooja Missra, Shraddha Sharma and Mahek Chahal in "Bigg Boss" will react to a porn star's entry in the show.

TOKYO: The monster 8.9-magnitude earthquake which hit Japan on Friday was the country's biggest ever and the seventh largest on record, according to US Geological Survey data.

Here are the largest magnitude earthquakes in history, according to the USGS website:

* 9.5, Chile, May 5, 1960. A quake off the coast of southern Chile killed more than 1,600 people and left 2,000,000 homeless.

* 9.2, Alaska, United States, March 27, 1964. A quake and tsunami killed 128 people and caused severe damage to the state's largest city Anchorage.

TOKYO: The biggest earthquake to hit Japan in 140 years struck the northeast coast on Friday, triggering a 10-metre tsunami that swept away everything in its path, including houses, cars and farm buildings on fire, media and witnesses said. ( See: Quake, tsunami hit Japan )

The death toll from the earthquake has reached 19, press reports said. The dead included a 67-year-old man crushed by a wall and an elderly woman killed by a fallen roof, both in the wider Tokyo area, press reports said.

Three were crushed to death when their houses collapsed in Ibaraki prefecture, northeast of Tokyo.

The National Police Agency, charged with compiling nationwide data on natural disasters, could not immediately confirm the figures. ( Read: How a Tsunami is caused? )

"The damage is so enormous that it will take us much time to gather data," an official at the agency said.

TV pictures showed the tsunami carrying the debris and fires across a large swathe of coastal farmland near the city of Sendai, which has a population of one million. The pictures suggested the death toll was going to rise.

NHK showed flames and black smoke billowing from a building in Odaiba, a Tokyo suburb, and bullet trains to the north of the country were halted.

Black smoke was also pouring out of an industrial area in Yokohama's Isogo area. TV footage showed boats, cars and trucks floating in water after a small tsunami hit the town of Kamaichi in northern Japan. An overpass, location unknown, appeared to have collapsed into the water.

Kyodo news agency said there were reports of fires in Sendai where waves carried cars across the runway at the airport.

The western prefecture of Wakayama ordered 20,000 people to evacuate after further tsunami warnings.

Passengers on a subway line in Tokyo screamed and grabbed other passengers' hands during the quake. The shaking was so bad it was hard to stand, said Reuters reporter Mariko Katsumura.

Hundreds of office workers and shoppers spilled into Hitotsugi street, a shopping street in Akasaka in downtown Tokyo.

Household goods ranging from toilet paper to clingfilm were flung into the street from outdoor shelves in front of a drugstore.

Crowds gathered in front of televisions in a shop next to the drugstore for details. After the shaking from the first quake subsided, crowds were watching and pointing to construction cranes on an office building up the street with voices saying, "They're still shaking!", "Are they going to fall?"

Asagi Machida, 27, a web designer in Tokyo, sprinted from a coffee shop when the quake hit.

"The images from the New Zealand earthquake are still fresh in my mind so I was really scared. I couldn't believe such a big earthquake was happening in Tokyo."

The U.S. Geological Survey earlier verified a magnitude of 7.9 at a depth of 15.1 miles and located the quake 81 miles east of Sendai, on the main island of Honshu. It later upgraded it to 8.9.

A police car drove down Hitotsugi Street, lights flashing, announcing through a bullhorn that there was still a danger of shaking.

Japan's northeast Pacific coast, called Sanriku, has suffered from quakes and tsunamis in the past and a 7.2 quake struck on Wednesday. SINGAPORE: A tsunami warning has been issued for the entire Pacific basin except mainland United States and Canada following a huge earthquake that hit Japan on Friday, the US Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said.

The warning includes Hawaii and extends from Mexico down to South American countries on the Pacific, the center said.

Among the countries for which a tsunami warning is in effect are: Russia , Taiwan , the Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Fiji , Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica , Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru.

Australia and New Zealand, which had been on an initial warning list, were later removed. The Joint Australian Tsunami Warning Centre confirmed there was no tsunami threat.

Indonesia, which bore the brunt of a huge tsunami in 2004 when 170,000 people were killed in its Aceh province, said it expected tsunami waves could hit its eastern areas North Sulawesi, Papua and the Moluccas at around 1135 GMT.

Taiwan's coast guard has begun evacuating its east coast, which is not heavily populated. Waves about 50 cm (20 inches) high are expected to reach the island's north and east coasts later on Friday, its central weather bureau said.

Hawaii's civil defense agency ordered all coastal areas, including the main tourist hub Honolulu, evacuated by 2 a.m. local time (1200 GMT). The first tsunami wave was expected to reach Hawaii at 3 a.m. local time.

Waves were expected to hit the Pacific island of Guam, 2,400 km (1,500 miles) south of Japan, at 7 p.m. local time (1100 GMT). Beaches had been cleared there, and hotels were moving guests to rooms on higher floors, while in the nearby Northern Mariana Islands, all residents were ordered to evacuate to higher grounds.

Papua New Guinea has issued a tsunami watch for its northern provinces effective at 9 p.m. local time (1100 GMT).

"By the time it reaches our shores, the wave will be between half a metre and one metre high," said Andrew Oaego, officer in charge of operations at the National Disaster Center in Port Moresby.

The tsunami is higher than some of the Pacific islands it could wash over, the Red Cross in Geneva said, warning that developing countries in the Asia Pacific region were particularly vulnerable to tsunami damage.

Though he wasn't in Mumbai at the time, Salman Khan swung into action as soon as he heard about the destruction caused by the Bandra blaze.

Through his Being Human foundation, he arranged for the distribution of food packets and clothing to around 1, 500 people who lost their homes.

Says a source, "Salman wasted no time in rushing relief. He was extremely concerned about what had happened. As soon as he realised the magnitude of the loss, he told his volunteers to get going."

Adds the source, "He was not keen to publicise that the aid was from Salman Khan. Several of the blaze hit, however, only later realised that it was from the star! They couldn't help thanking him then."

Adds the source, "Bhai does not want to talk about it. But those close to him know how he coordinated the relief measures within hours of the tragedy. He was even more concerned as it happened in Bandra a place where he resides."

The star, who's has been shooting in Thailand for Ready, had flown into Vizag over the weekend for the Celebrity Cricket League curtain raiser event.

After which he was back in Bangkok. But he kept in touch with the volunteers about the relief measures.

But it will be fun to come back to my own home. I have been collecting little artifacts from my trips around the world like Spanish tiles and a bust from Rome. I can't wait to start doing it up, " she concludes.

Shah Rukh Khan in trouble over his villa in Dubai

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh has come under the wrath of Income Tax department. King Khan had been gifted a villa in Dubai by the Nakheel Public Joint Stock Company (PJSC). However, this gift has become a problem for the star as I.T department is not ready to consider it as a gift.

According to the I.T department, SRK received this villa in return of lending his name for promoting the company. So, it cannot be considered as a gift and will be taxable. In 2008-09, when SRK paid 126.31 crore as his income tax return, this property was shown as a gift.

The I.T department issued a notice against King Khan saying that he will have to pay tax for this Signature Villa at the Palm Jumeirah, which is worth Rs 17.84 crore. PJSC gifted the villa on September 16, 2007.

However, after scrutinising the returns of SRK, the I.T department has strongly said that it will be taxable and the actor will have to pay penalty for hiding the accurate income.

But Shah Rukh is still maintaining that the Signature Villa does not come under his income, according to the provisions of Section 28 (IV). He said that the income was from his profession, house, property and capital gains.

On November 26, 2010, SRK was issued a notice in this regard from the I.T department. Nakheel also submitted a letter on October 2010, saying that it was not given for any professional services.

Now, it will be interesting to see if SRK can come out of this trouble!

The film crew insists that director Rajkumar Gupta is smitten by Rani Mukerji

Is No One Killed Jessica director Rajkumar Gupta secretly in love with Rani Mukerji? According to members of the film crew Gupta couldn't take his eyes off her whenever she was on the sets.

Divulges a source, "It was quite obvious for everyone that Raj was quite smitten by her. He found every excuse to be close to her and even insisted on playing a cameo in the film where he gets to propose to Rani's character."

The situation in the script demanded one of Rani's character's colleagues in the office to shout a marriage proposal to Rani.

Apparently, some other actor was supposed to do that role. Raj insisted on playing that role just for the pleasure of proposing to Rani.

When asked about the special bonding with his leading lady, Gupta laughs, "Yes that's me shouting, 'Marry me' to Rani in one sequence.

Someone else was supposed to do the cameo. But no one had the guts to say those two words to Rani. So I took up the challenge."

Choice made

One doesn't know how far Gupta's ardent feelings for Rani go. But one hears he has already decided to cast her in his next film Rapchik Romance, an out-and-out romantic musical with lots of songs, fun and masti.

Says Gupta, "It's too early to talk about whom I'd cast in Rapchik Romance. I'm still writing it.

But yes, it's a film I am very excited about. After Aamir and No One Killed Jessica I don't want to be typecast as the director who

only makes hard-hitting social dramas. I want to surprise everyone, including me." As for casting Rani again, "Why not?" comes the defiant retort.

Katrina Kaif wanted original choreographer Geeta Kapoor to direct her in two award show performances. Had to settle for only one, Ganesh Hegde will guide her steps in the other

Katrina Kaif will be performing at two award functions this time. She will groove to the beat of Sheila Ki Jawaani. For one award function she has the original choreographer of the song Geeta Kapoor.

And for the other performance, she will dance to the tunes of Ganesh Hegde, even though her heart was set on Geeta.

Kat is very comfortable with Geeta and feels has given her steps that helped in making the song a rage.

Also Kapoor patiently worked with the actress for many days till she got all the moves down pat.

And she wants to recreate the experience, whenever possible.

It is learnt that when Katrina learnt that Ganesh choreographing Sheila, she asked the organisers (the Moranis) to go with Kapoor as she was familiar with the steps.

"But the Moranis insisted on Ganesh and Katrina finally had to accept the decision. She has been shooting and rehearsing without a break.

Tees Maar Khan director Farah Khan says, "I'm happy that Geeta is choreographing Kat for the award. She was my associate choreographer on TMK and actually the one who rehearsed with her throughout the shoot.

I guess for the other awards they wanted a different choreographer because song is the same. I'm happy Kat is making lots of money with Sheila because I had promised her that."

She adds that she is excited about seeing the performances, "Umpteen songs of mine have been performed on shows for so many years.

It's good to see how others do it differently. And yes I am expecting my commission from Katrina on this too. She better not get amnesia!"

Kareena Kapoor and beau take a break from their Swiss hols for one day to return to Pataudi to celebrate Saif's dad's 70th b'day

Kareena Kapoor and beau Saif Ali Khan who are holidaying in Gstaad in Switzerland, returned to Mumbai for a day (more than 20 hours in travelling time) to celebrate his father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi's 70th birthday (Jan 5).

Annual ritual

Says a source close to the couple, "This is part of their annual ritual. But this year, their vacation was split. They flew in from Zurich for Pataudi Sr's birthday and then flew back the following day.

Since both are busy with their respective shootings, there was no other way or else, this break would not have been possible."

The couple flew out on December 31 and are booked at the Palace Hotel in Gstaad, Switzerland till January 14.

They didn't even check out of the hotel and left most of their belongings there and travelled only with their bare essentials.

Saif, sisters Soha and Sabah and mother Sharmila had planned a special evening for Pataudi in their ancestral home.

Says an insider, "Bebo is very fond of her would-be parents-in-law and was part of the planning for the birthday celebrations right from the beginning."

Special presentation

Sharmila had put together an audiovisual presentation on her husband that was screened at the bash.

The video included memorable moments of her husband's great milestones in cricket and recorded bytes from close friends and family talking about their interactions with Tiger (Pataudi's nick).

Saif and Bebo ordered a special three-tiered birthday cake and gifted emerald and diamond earrings to Sharmila. The pair flew back on Thursday early morning.

Private occasion

Sharmila says, "We had a small party for him. It was a very special occasion for a very private person (Pataudi) with close friends and family including all our children. The grandchildren couldn't come as they were in Singapore."

It is learnt that Katrina will fly down tomorrow to be with the Khan-daan. "Salman's parents, Salim and Salma, Helen, brothers Arbaaz, Sohail, sisters Alvira and Arpita and their children are all in Dubai, though some friends have returned. Kat might even fly down with Salman tomorrow to Dubai depending on when she wraps up for her YRF film."

Tanishaa Mukerji seems to have a penchant to find herself as a damsel in disaster distress. In May, Kajol's sister was stuck in the political turmoil in Thailand during a film shoot.

Now she has been caught in a snowcalpyso the term that is being used to describe the blizzard that is sweeping various parts of the West.

The actress along with a group of friends had planned to usher in 2011 in Los Angeles. They had stopped in London enroute for Christmas.

Things got awry for the actress at Heathrow airport itself. The raging snowstorm led to long delays and cancelled flights resulting in rescheduling.

Finally, when she boarded a flight to New York, it was the same scenario at JFK airport.

"I had to reschedule my flight yet again, " laments Tanishaa. "The weather threw everything off gear and upset my plans."

From New York, she and her pals were to fly to Los Angeles. But the inclement climate made them fly to Miami instead where too they found themselves in a tight spot yet again due to the raging blizzards!

But Tanishaa was determined to make it to Los Angeles. She was keen to usher in 2011 with her favourite spin doctor DJ Tiesto who is performing in LA.

Much to her chagrin, it took her five days to reach LA from London with one of her baggage pieces missing!

"It has been a nightmare waiting endlessly at airports for the flight to take off from the but finally I have reached my destination."

She is slated to return to Mumbai by January 13 after which she begins another schedule of Sai Kabir's Chemistry that has Soha Ali Khan and Shreyas Talpade as her co-stars.

Well, not literally, but a certain Prakash Jaju has returned back to Priyanka Chopra's life. For the uninitiated, Prakash Jaju was the actress' secretary once upon a time.

He was sacked by Priyanka Chopra when she caught him sending her lecherous text messages and was handed over to the police officials in Mumbai. But now that his arrest period is over, Prakash Jaju has resurfaced in Priyanka Chopra's life.

The ex-secretary is reportedly promoting the career of Meera Chopra, Priyanka Chopra's distant cousin.

And though the Bollywood actress is very disturbed over the fact, she cannot really do anything about it, because though the court orders Prakash Jaju to stay away from her family, nothing has been mentioned about her extended family in the legal notice.

Explains the concerned father, “They'd get so scared if they saw me like this. Though my lips are going back to their normal size they're still not fully normal. I don't want my sons to see me until I look like myself again.”

A new anti-biotic pill almost choked the life and breath out of Hrithik Roshan.

Says the Guzaarish actor, “This kind of attack happens in the rarest of rare cases. But it happened to me. Anything could've happened if I hadn't rushed to the hospital, ” says Hrithik on Monday afternoon back home but not recovered enough to face the world.

Hrithik had gotten so frightened that he had checked into the hospital alone. “It was crazy! I'd have been frightened to death at what I saw in the mirror.

Within minutes my lips had swollen to ten times the normal size. Luckily for me, even in that shocking state, I remembered Eddie Murphy in a film where his lips had swollen to monstrous proportions because of an allergy. So I knew it wasn't fatal.”

Hrithik was immediately able to identify that it was an allergy caused by a new antibiotic he had taken half an hour earlier. “That was the only alien substance introduced in my body.

I told my doctors about it. And they were immediately able to locate the source of allergy. Such violent allergy attacks usually happen in the West after eating prawns. I must be the only person in the universe to get so sick after taking an antibiotic pill.”

Hrithik was on his way to a very dear friend's funeral when the allergy attack that landed him in hospital on Sunday, occurred.

In fact so alarming were the symptoms that Hrithik just rushed to the hospital.

Recollecting the sequence of events Hrithik says, “I was driving to a friend's funeral when the attack suddenly happened. It just makes you so grateful for the gift of life.”

Hrithik is overwhelmed by the response to his performance in Guzaarish. “I guess this (the hospitalization) was God's way of balancing things out.I was getting much love for my performance it had to be counter-balanced.”

Guzaarish has taken Hrithik to new heights of self-realization. “How can one not be affected when you meet these people who are paralyzed for life? Their spirit and joie de vivre just overwhelms you. I'll always be grateful to Sanjay Bhansali for giving the opportunity to do this film.”

Hrithik admits it's not Dhoom. “Guzaarish is a different scale and space. The closest I've been to this space is Jodhaa- Akbar.It's an entirely different experience when you know you're affecting lives beyond entertainment.”

The actors 'lip-locked' twice on Koffee With Karan to get him to cast them in his iconic film with gay characters

Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan found a unique way of putting an end to the speculation around their cold war by cheating a liplock on Koffee with Karan.

They also used the kiss to encourage KJo to cast them in his Dostana sequel.

They demanded that KJo live up to a promise he made to them during an awards show (of casting them in his film). They reminded him that they got an underwear each as a signing token from Karan.

A laugh riot

A source who was present during filming says, "They were a riot on the show.

They were all over each other and if they have a problem, it didn't show. To convince Johar that they would be just as compatible on screen, they ended up kissing twice!

Karan was totally taken aback by their madness. After they kissed the first time, the host asked them to do it again as they returned from a commercial break.

Without hesitation, they embraced each other and broke into another kiss!"

Before the shoot, Ranbir had matched dates according to Imran since the latter was in the middle of a shoot.

"It didn't seem like there was any rivalry between the two. Ranbir graciously adjusted his dates for Imran. They were seen joking and having a long conversation before the shoot."

Kareena is not happy with Rohit Shetty

Director Rohit Shetty has carved a niche for himself in the industry with his blockbuster Golmaal series. The last two films were super hits and he made the characters of the film very popular with his unique comedy timing.

However, there is one actor or say actress, who is not very happy with the director and she is none other than our very own Kareena Kapoor, who has been associated with the series since the second film.

In Golmaal Returns, the second part, Bebo was portrayed as the television serial freak wife Ekta, who keeps on suspecting her husband, played by Ajay Devgn. Their chemistry rocked and the film was a big hit of the year.

However, Kareena does not seem to be very happy with the development of the third film. She found the treatment of the film very boring and comic situations very repetitive. She was fed up shooting at the same locations again and again.

There is a buzz that Bebo is quite miffed with the director Rohit Shetty. According to her, Rohit has given a very out-of-date look to the third film, which is likely to hit the theaters during this festive season of Diwali.

The reports suggest that most of the scenes in the film have been shot in Goa. The earlier two films were also shot at the same places and this has annoyed Kareena and that has made her doubt about the directing skills of Shetty.

As per the sources, the monotony of locales is not liked by Bebo and she wants the director to take a different approach on the film. A recent report has indicated that Kareena wants Rohit to shoot the film in foreign locales. So, does she want Shetty to shoot the film in her favorite destination Switzerland? WHAT: Vivek Oberoi's mehndi ceremony was held yesterday.

WHERE: At his fiancee, Priyanka Alva's palatial bungalow in Bangalore.

HIGHLIGHT: The couple wrote their names on each other's palms. Vivek had mehndi specialist Usha Shah, a fixture at all his family functions (including his sister's wedding earlier this year) specially flown in from Mumbai. The couple danced to various B-Town songs.

HAATHON MEIN KYA: Says Usha, "Priyanka was very confident about what she wanted. She is very traditional and had already thought up a design with peacocks and leaves. It's a pattern that adorns her hands and feet. It took over four hours to apply. Both families (VO's and PA's) got their mehndi done by me. While Priyanka has Vivek's name on her right hand, I have designed her name on his left palm."

The couple's outfits for the sangeet have been designed by Shantanu-Nikhil. The duo lets us in on their creations

WHAT SHE WORE: Says Nikhil, "For Priyanka, we designed a light salmon-orange lehnga with very light delicate prints on gold. There is a jacket made out of organza with similar gold block print.

Both the lehnga and jacket are in very sheer organza and a choli designed in the Rajasthani style. There is no dupatta. Priyanka wanted to wear a jacket. The idea was to have a light, floaty, not-too-blingy outfit. The only bling used are Swarovski crystals on a motif at the bottom of her lehnga strewn very delicately.

The salmon orange colour goes with her skin tone and she looks gorgeous. There are beautiful can-cans at the bottom of the lehnga which create fullness."

Priyanka wore antique jewellery that's been in her family and has been handed down through generations. It's an uncut diamond navratna set with meenakari work and is set in antique gold.

WHAT HE WORE: Vivek wore a magenta, orange and red colored double-organza kurta and copper churidar with kantha work on it. Shantanu says, "The kantha work was specially ordered and done in Sanganer village in Rajasthan with natural yarns, silks and dyes in vegetable colours."

Nikhil and Shantanu have also designed for Priyanka's brother Aditya and Vivek's sister's husband. While Aditya chose from four short kurtas, VO's brother-in-law wore a black and red sherwani made of four different fabrics and five different textures and treatment."

Buzz is, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor attended the sangeet. The only other industry person present was Apoorva Lakhia. Incidentally, all of B-Town has been invited to the grand reception in Mumbai on Sunday.

Shakira wants Himesh Reshammiya?

If you think that Himesh Reshammiya will take a sabbatical from his singing (and acting) just because of a few critics slamming his works, think again. Recent reports circulating in the media claim that the Bollywood singer is on his way to recording an album with Hollywood favorites Shakira and Vanessa Hudgens. The new upcoming album will reportedly feature Himesh Reshammiya in its audio and video versions and by the way the media has been describing it, the new album is nothing less than ‘larger than life’. The album has been tentatively titled ‘At Da Edge’ and if reports are to be believed, Roman White, who has worked with the likes of Justin Bieber, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift on various musical projects in the past, will be present during the work on the Himesh Reshammiya album. And this album being an international project, it will feature Himesh Reshammiya singing in English. According to the media, every song in the upcoming album will be penned, composed and voiced by Himesh Reshammiya, with Vanessa Hudgens and Shakira joining the singer in duets and in the music videos. Every video for the film will be shot at various locations worldwide, with one song to be shot at the Taj Mahal in Agra.

While '2 States' director wants Priyanka Chopra, producer wants Deepika Padukone

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala and his director Siddharth Anand have locked horns over who to cast in their next, an untitled flick based on Chetan Bhagat novel 2 States: The Story of My Marriage.

While Anand wants Priyanka opposite lead actor Saif Ali Khan, Nadiadwala prefers Deepika.

Says a source, "Before Anjaana Anjaana's release, Anand and Nadiadwala decided to repeat PC in their next flick a Saif starrer.

They discussed it and a verbal commitment was made. After the film released, things changed. The director still wanted Pranks, but the producer lost faith in her and wanted her replaced."

Sid in denial

According to the source, "Then, the news about Deepika doing Siddharth's next came as a shock to Priyanka.

PC called her AA director from Berlin, where she is shooting for Don 2 and asked him what was happening. When PC confronted Sid, he denied having approached anyone."

In a fix

A source close to Siddharth says, "He's in a fix because he has verbally committed to PC and can't back out.

At the same time, he needs Sajid to be on the same page because he's producing the film. He can't take Saif and PC to an outside banner."

The director confirms, "My next is the 2 States remake with Saif and Priyanka, " adding, "It's only PC that I want, not anyone else!"

Sajid says, "Priyanka is part of the family of my production house. If Siddharth wants PC, he can get her or whoever he wants."

In Two Minds...

A source close to Nadiadwala says, "He is in two minds about producing the film at all as he's not sure whether he would be able to devote time and attention to it.

Sajid already has four biggies lined up next year, Kick with Salman Khan, Sajid Khan's House Full 2, Sabbir Khan's Heer Ranjha and Imtiaz Ali's next (probably with Hrithik Roshan).

He wants to complete them before he starts on Siddharth's next."

'Kangna, Mera Haq Hai Tum Par, You Are Made For Only Me'

Bollywood stars are often the targeted by the stalkers and this time the target was Once Upon A Time girl Kangna Ranaut. She became the target in Leena Mogre's gym, which is her regular work out place.

The story goes back to six months ago when a guy named Akash started writing obsessive love letters to Kangna. Akash Bhardwaj was one of the clients of Leena Mogre.

Elaborating on this, a friend of Kangna was quoted saying that most of the letters were couriered to her. She said that the contents of the letter clearly indicated that he loved Kangna madly but the contents took a shocking turn in last few letters.

The friend of Kangna also said that the last few letters indicated that Akash was a psychopath as he had presumed that he was already having a relationship with her. She quoted some words of the letter, which read, 'Kangna, mera haq hai tum par, you are made for me'.

The real face of the stalker came out after a few days. Kangna inquired about Akash to one of the trainers at the gym on Monday, who said that Akash was present there at that moment.

The trainer then asked Akash why he was harassing Kangna. On this Akash said that it is his private matter with Kangna and the trainer should not get involved in this.

Hearing this, Kangna was shocked and she started arguing with Akash. But he started speaking all rubbish, making Leena Mogre irritated enough to call up the cops.

In fact, he was not giving up till the last moment. Akash was then arrested by the police and put behind the bars. Confirming the news, Leena Mogre said that they have taken legal action against Akash and he is under police security now.

She added that the guy always wanted her to introduce him with film directors but she does not want any more trouble in her gym.

However, Kangna must be feeling relieved now after all these ugly sequences!

Salman no longer figures in my life: Katrina

Katrina Kaif has always avoided any question on her relationship but now the actress has spoken about her much talked bond with actor Salman Khan. She has finally admitted that Salman Khan no longer figures in her life.

When the question was posed to her at a media event, she initially seemed agitated when asked about her relationship status, but later relented when television crews threatened to walk out.

She was at an event where she was named as the international brand ambassador of a UAE airline. Guess after having said it all, she could take a flight immediately and leave town before Sallu had the time to react.

Here's what she quipped...
"I am single. But beyond that, I don't think I need to give too much of details."

"Sometimes it's hard enough to take decisions professional sometimes but mostly personal and whatever the decision, it's very difficult to take them and if you have to make them in front of everybody, I think that's a little bit more than what I can handle.

Karisma and I can't marry the same man: Kareena

Bollywood star actress Kareena Kapoor feels she has managed to strike the right balance between commercial and meaningful cinema. Hailing from an illustrious film family, she says she can't do films where she only has to dance around trees.

"I enjoy acting. Acting is in my blood, it is in my genes, it is in my DNA and you can see that on screen I like doing different roles. I can't do just those films where I am looking pretty and sing and dance around trees. I want to act, " Kareena told in an interview.

The actress considers her debut film "Refugee" (2000) a special film.

" 'Refugee' was a very special film because I always wanted to prove myself as an actress and not to be known just as a glam doll. There are films like 'Refugee', 'Chameli', 'Omkara', 'Jab We Met', '3 Idiots' and 'Kurbaan'; they all have been very different.

"I don't think any other actress has been able to do such a variety of roles. So the journey, I think, has been colourful, " said Kareena, 29.

Nine years after "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham" (2001), where she played Kajol's younger sister, Kareena has teamed up with Kajol in Sidharth Malhotra's directorial debut "We Are Family". She is elated to share the same frame with the senior actress.

"I think it's an exciting challenge to be working with Kajol. In 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gaam' we didn't have too many scenes together, but in this film we are both in the same frame.

We both live in the same house, have equally powerful roles; in fact, mine is the most complex and complicated part. It's very easy to be emotional and gain sympathy but very difficult to win over the sympathy and I hope I could achieve that, " she said.

Releasing Sep 3, "We Are Family" is the Hindi adaptation of Hollywood hit "Stepmom" (1998). Arjun Rampal plays what Ed Harris did in the original, while Kajol steps into Susan Sarandon's shoes as as a divorced mother.

Kareena plays the same role that Julia Roberts did, but in her own style.

"I am absolutely honoured that Karan (producer Karan Johar) and Sidharth thought that I could do the Julia Roberts role because to me she is the finest actress, " said the actress who feels the adaptation could have been more contemporary.

"It's a very desi film. I think it should have been made more contemporary. Indian audiences are ready for that. It's about the journey of two women. They start off with hating each other and due to unforeseen circumstances they end up loving each other."

While working with Kajol, Kareena observed that her co-star was quite similar to her sister Karisma when it comes to their child.

"Kajol is a hands-on mother. I have seen Karisma. Both Kajol and Karisma, I don't know if it's the trait of that generation, are just there with their children, " said Kareena.

Asked how it would have been if Karisma had played Kajol's role, she quipped, "Oh god! She can't do that because we can't marry the same man. No way."

There are three child stars - Aanchal Munjal, Nominath Ginsburg and Diya Sonecha - in the film, but Kareena didn't have to handle them. She is all praise for their professional behaviour on the sets though.

"In the film, I didn't have to be with the kids because they had their mother (Kajol). The children were really lovely, they didn't get impatient. They were acting like adults, not like children, " said Kareena.

Shah Rukh Khan has decided he will be part of every Karan Johar production in some capacity or the other. In I Hate Luv Storys Shah Rukh did a small voiceover. Unfortunately he couldn't be accommodated anywhere in We Are Family although SRK was quite adamant to feature somehow.

“Ek photo hi daal do kisi shot mein, ” he kept urging Karan.

Not one to give up even when his wish has gone way past its fulfillment phase SRK barged in sportingly at a media meet with Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal and insisted on conducting an interview with the pair…

“Just as a good luck charm, ” as SRK put it.

On Wednesday afternoon SRK just decided to drop in at the venue of the interview and said, “Even I am part of the family. So I'm joining them to promote the film.”

Director Siddharth Malhotra can't get over the magic of the moment. “It is such gestures that make Shah Rukh who he is. It is his ability to make people feel special that makes him the superstar and the King.”

Siddharth had entered the media meet when he saw an exceptional bustle at the venue. He jokingly asked what the clamour was about.

“SRK aa gaya kya? I asked sarcastically. Imagine my surprise when someone turned around and said that's precisely what has happened and that SRK was doing an interview with Kareena and Arjun for my film.”

One now hears that SRK will make his presence felt in all of Karan Johar's films on one way or another.

Angry Trisha speaks on her Drug Scandal

The Khatta Meetha debutante Trisha Krishnan who will next be seen in Hindi with Pratik Babbar has become embroiled in a drug scandal.

A report on a Telugu channel claims Trisha's name features in the list of clients of a Nigerian drug dealer. All because she has a very close friend of African origin, the dress designer Sidney Sladen!

Trisha is not taking it lying down.

Fuming from Chennai she says, “It's very strange. I was shooting in Kodaikanal when this Telugu news channel put this news out. And they put a still of me and this very dear friend of mine who's Afro-American. They assumed that this fashion-designer friend of mine from Chennai was some drug peddler from Nigera.”

And Trisha is not amused. “I was angry. This is not just a harmless rumour. The first thing I did was to get my lawyer to issue statements to all the tv channels.

I've taken legal action against the channel which put this out. There is not an element of truth in it.It's strange where this story came from. I haven't been to Hyderabad for a year now. I was told this peddler knows my number. But come on, everyone knows my number.”

Trisha thinks this an attempt to malign her in the Telugu film industry. 'The only problem is, you can't pinpoint such a thing to any one source. But yes, it seems to have been done to tarnish my image. Luckily I've got a lot of support in Hyderabad even from the authorities.”

Choreographer turned Farah Khan seems to have become very possessive about her lead actress Katrina Kaif in the upcoming movie 'Tees Maar Khan'. Actually, Farah does not want to disclose Katrina's look in the film now so she has banned camera phones on the sets of the film.

The 'no cell phone' diktat has come strictly from the director Farah Khan. Currently, Farah is shooting the song 'Sheela Ki Jawani' at Film City with Katrina and she is very cautious about the photos and clips of this song getting leaked out.

Before entering the sets, the crew has been asked to deposit their cell phones at the gate. A guard has been appointed to check everyone to make sure that no one carries a cell phone on the set. In fact, she has increased security on the set.

Esha Deol files complaint against Ram Gopal Varma......

Hema Malini's daughter Esha Deol has shown her anger against filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, who has been alleged to have not paid her dues for the movie Darling. She has even filed a complaint against RGV for the same.

A friend of Esha was quoted saying that the actress waited for a long time for Ram Gopa Varma to clear the dues but he did not respond even after repeated reminders. One year back, Esha also filed a complaint in the Cine and TV Artistes' Association (CINTAA) and the filmmaker even did not reply to the letters from the association.

Varma is said to have not paid an amount of about Rs 13 lakh. After some time, the case was taken to the Federation of Western Indian Cine Employees (FWICE), which has termed the case as a 'Non Cooperation Matter'.

The friend added that RGV should pay Esha's dues even if the movie failed at the box office. How long will she wait, added the friend.

On the other hand, Varma said that it is a very old issue, which has been solved as per his knowledge. On this, Esha's friend said that it's totally rubbish because the actress is still trying to sort out the problem and it fighting against RGV in CINTAA.

Bhushan Kumar, the producer of Darling said that he had paid a huge amount to RGV for the concerned movie and the actors were supposed to be paid from that and they have no contract with Esha.

Confirming the news, Dharmesh Tiwari, the President of FWICE and General Secretary of CINTAA said that Esha is truly fighting a case against Ramu.
